Gong Clock is a free online clock application that provides timekeeping tools including a real-time clock with hourly gong chimes, a countdown timer, a stopwatch, and alarm functionality. The service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.

You may use Gong Clock for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract the source code of the app in an unauthorised manner

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials within Gong Clock are owned by or licensed to us. The synthesised gong sounds are generated in real time in your browser using the Web Audio API — no audio files are downloaded. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of this service without our prior written consent.

4. Advertising

Gong Clock is supported by advertising provided through Google AdSense. By using the service, you acknowledge that advertisements will be displayed. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Gong Clock is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. Time-sensitive use cases (e.g., medical, legal, safety-critical) should not rely solely on this app.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (which, for a free service, is zero).
